  Is it free?

Yes, as a customer, it is completely free to use website or apps.

  If I have submitted the appointment, do I need to contact the the provider to confirm the appointment?

You do not need to call provider after submitting the request. The provider may contact you, to verify details or reschedule the appointemnt.

You have to receive an email with status : Confirmed, to consider your appointment and then you can visit the provider. 

  I made a request for appointment but I have not received a confirmation, what should I do?
